Product Leadership at Google

Dennis Troper joined Google in early 2003 and has held key product roles across multiple areas.[1][4][11] As Product Management Director for Wear OS by Google, he has driven health and fitness features, such as integrations making health data 'just a swipe away.'[11][18] Earlier, he led Google+ Pages to help businesses connect with customers,[13][14] contributed to Google My Business for local visibility,[15] and advanced Google Apps for business users.[16]

Philanthropy and Social Impact

Troper serves on the Board of Directors for Camp Tawonga, a Jewish summer camp.[1][11] Through Troper Wojcicki Philanthropies with his wife Susan Wojcicki, he has funded lung cancer research (Upstage Lung Cancer)[2] and, via Google.org, a $1.35 million grant to combat homelessness.[17] Following Susan's death from lung cancer in 2024, he announced it publicly and supported related condolences.[5][6][7]

Personal Life and Education

Troper earned an M.S. in applied economics from UCSC in 1993, where he met Susan Wojcicki.[4][8] They shared a family foundation focused on social causes.[2][10] He maintains a presence on X (Twitter) sharing Google product updates.[19]
